Why we built Vimcal EA

While building our flagship product, we talked to thousands of executive assistants over the span of 4 years. As a result, we've come to learn that admins are the backbones of their companies, and that booking meetings for multiple executives every day means complex scheduling, time zone nightmares, and the highest of stakes. Do I have to replace Google/Outlook Calendar?
No! Vimcal EA is a layer on top of your company's existing Google or Outlook setup. Any changes in Vimcal EA will reflect on your teammates’ calendars, and vice versa.

Is my exec going to receive notifications once I start using Vimcal EA?
No! Vimcal is mindfully designed so that you receive all the notifications on behalf of your execs. We are mindful to never unnecessarily bother them.

Do my coworkers have to also use Vimcal?
